Why don't you like the competition..? With how fast they are skipping through it though, they will probably end up going right into the Thesis Competition for the end of this season though :/ Was expecting the Nine Schools Competition to be spread out through more episodes than this.

this anime lacks the amount of obstacles that would keep it interesting, it's not only the main protagonist who's assured victory, but anyone that surrounds him. I haven't read the manga, so this minding might change eventually, but for a short anime that is 13 episodes in, it makes for a boring synopsis. shit better go down, and the cliffhangers need to have cliffhanger-like content following them. The school's attack, the car incident both got me interested in seeing the next episode, and I was disappointed on both account.

Because this far, Akuma no Riddle had more interesting content than this anime, and that's saying something.

Also with the speed they went through the competition they skipped quite a bit imo, if they actually spent more time on it it would have been a lot more interesting. This is also a drama, derp.
