that eye thing cant make him stronger than sasuke... im sure if u put kakashi up against the eight tails he wouldnt win

they are stronger than each other in diffrent aspects.

They both have the Mangekyo Sharingan so as far as the Sharingan goes, they are both at the top.
Sasukes Mangekyo Sharingan gives him Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo.
Kakashis gives him Kamui.

Sasukes Sharingan gives him more abilities than Kakashis ( so far, not sure if they will show more abilities later ) so as it stands now, I would have to say Sasukes Sharingan is better than Kakashis.
