Lol nope. He's still in the hide out. I'm guessing he's not going to participate in this war.
I won't be surprised if he's going to be the main bad guy after this arc.
Maybe new season after this war as Sasuke the new Bad Ass.

Naruto's that fucking fast. And that dude in the "who the fuck it tobi picture" looked like Sasuke, but it's the 6-tailed dude. I thought it was Sasuke at first glance.
