Somehow Itachi predicte that Sasuke will attack Konoha.
Itachi is under the Genjutsu that was supposed to get Sasuke to stop attacking Konoha.
Itachi is on a mish to protect the village. Either he's going to where Sasuke is or to Kabuto.

it doesnt say anything that his body wont allow him to harm the leaf

i still think he has full control and can do what he wants

i dont think he will master that part since that is the

The Evil side can still be harness though. It could be a last minute chakra reserved.
