duno what you mean by tank though, got no clue how to pull aggro with ppl besides just land them the closest to a group of mobs, which is sorta sketch cuz they seem to target the guy with the least hp anyway :(

higher difficulty but you dont keep items
no new storyline stuff there are better items though, more guns, and different baddies elemental dmg becomes super important keeping up with the arena more important

you'll figure it out i'm sure. This game was super easy the first time through strategy isn't as important. it gets tough though. On higher difficulty settings you really have to plan like 6 moves in advance. Theres too much to explain you have to take into consideration
getting em airborn, air juggles, smackdowns, tri attacks, gauge break, armored sections, body parts, scratch dmg, direct dmg, elementals,

oh yeah. i got all those down mostly. i find the fucking bar runs out (hero gauge timer) when i'm juggling ppl btw air/smackdowns, so it doesnt lemme juggle them infinitely. i liked how the armor changes based on line of sight/actual direction you/the mob is facing. elementals, not too sure. i made a bunch of those vests'n 5%phys/30% ele accs, can't really tell how useful they are. when i was in the forest of idols, it kept saying molotovs're important, set the sprites on fire etc, but the damage difference was negligible. those elemental bullets on the submachine gun make a huge fucking difference tho. tri attack is pretty much the only thing fucking me up completely. but i guess if there's ng+ i shouldn't worry too much about trying to max out the map now. haven't touched the arena at all yet.

the arena is just a place to train/farm along with item drops it gives you special arena coin you can trade in for prizes. i go there at the end of each chapter and progress as far as i can until i cant hang anymore. for the first play through i went with as much physical defense as possible elemental dmg isn't much the first time around that was the biggest surprise the second time through. ele attacks pwn you

the cool thing about molotoves is that they set enemies on fire so if you have your grenadier hit all of them with 1 molotov in one epic jump there will be constant dmg on all of them for the rest of the fight. also grenades work best when spammed hard

i wouldn't worry about maxing the map you dont wanna run yourself out of hexes and have to farm em, i unlocked floors 2, 6, 9, 10, 11 just so i could put stations down and fast travel back to base... well 10 is a quest

okie, will do.
spent most of tonight just grinding hexes and opening new areas down the various elevators. found some place called dakota vein & the 3rd core elevator which i haven't progressed far enough to use yet.
gonna crash for now though, nites.
