the flash back  of when kisame first met  madara / tobi  what the fuck ever  u wana call him  or them  the man in the mask had long hair, then kisame meets the man in mask with short hair in akasuki  and recognizes him instantly as madara no?

the fox recognized the man in the mast with short hair  saying " you"  assuming the fox knew  who the man  was  and i highly doubt the fox would miss take tobi  for madara unless tobi was madara .    but the thing is the fox was being controlled by the leaf and away from madara / tobi for several years  decades  like 50+ years no?  cause the fox broke lose 16 or 17 years  before this time in the series and the leaf took the fox from madara  in the fight of  madara vs 1st  cause 1st wife became first host  then naruto mom became host  right after her


but madara was summoned  in the edo tensi  but that means he has to be dead for his soul to be summoned

only thing i can think of is perhaps tobi is Izuna Uchiha  madara brother  and the fox mistook  tobi as madara because there brothers and probably similar chakara signiatures  and  kisame miss took madara as tobi because they look a like  cause brothers  ? ? ? ? ? ? i dont  fucking know

Izuna Uchiha does have short hair  just saying 

but i hate to say this because i been saying for ages  that its not Izuna Uchiha  lol  but it kinda fits
