just because Tobi has the same power as Kakashi doesn't mean that it's Obito.
i'm assuming that you're suggesting that Obito's eye enables Kakashi to use dimension distortion.
i think dimension distortion is learned throughout lots of training to unlock a stage within the mangekyou sharigan which enables dimension distortion.

obito=dead and i refuse to believe anything different. if it turns out the mask guy really is obito i will be sad and i won't read this anime anymore. Besides that i think the eyes he has belonged to mardarra (or at least he knew mardarra in some way) and if that's the case then he must be at least 80-100 years old, before obito died. but if kabuto wants to revive obito while he's reviving anyone else i think that would be viable.

People who wrote the manga brought madara back alive for a reason, they want the readers to guess tobi's true identity like obito and Izuna.
If everyone guessed correctly, it would be boring in the end.

Tobi is Madaras clone, grown out of Madara and Hashiramas cells or some sort of clone.

Tobi stated he gave Nagato the rinnengan, obviously Madara did so that could work as well.

Main crazy point = When nagato died Tobi said what a traitor he was supposed to save the bring back to life Jutsu for me, when Madara came out of the sixth coffin he thought it was that same Jutsu Rinne tense before he realized it was Edo. Tobi wasnt talking to anybody that required him to lie when using the word "me" when referring that Nagato was supposed to save it for him and Madara is shown to know Nagato so it all falls into place.

Ediit: My previous posts and pics also hinted that he is a clone
