the mask guy i would think is madarra because of how he can use the sharingon and the rinnegan. maybe mardarra wasn't completely dead or something, the mask guy also said something about he wanted to become complete. the mask guy was also like he gave the rinnegan to nagato. and everyone thought he was madarra it'd be stupid if it turned out he wasn't, i mean itachi thought he was madarra, and the fourth thought he was madarra.

Tobi prob is Madara and only inplanted the rinnegan because he wasnt complete. Madara has rinnegan right b4 he died but was at his full strength but who knows too much stuf for me to understand while working on my midterm
