I think Tobi's identity is going to be Zetsu related, or something along those lines. It'll probably end up being some random Uchiha (hopefully not Obito for the love of God) that had a relationship of some sort with Madara before he died.

Also, this is something else I thought about. Madara hasn't confirmed yet that he knows about the Eye of the Moon plan, or has any intention of that happening. Obviously he had no problem attacking the allied forces, so I think he's different from the other summons in that he really doesn't mind going against them at all. Do you guys think Madara was the one who came up with this plan and passed it along to Tobi or something, or was this all Tobi's idea?

At that chapter the Kyubbi recognized Tobi before he got controlled and lost his will.
That means whoever is Tobi must have already had some kind of acquaintance withe the Kyubbi.
So Obito and Shisui is out of the candidate.
The only people that have connection with the Kyubbi was Madara and Hashirama
and I believe that both Izuna and Tobirama may also have some connection with the Kyubbi.

My speculation is Izuna and Tobirama.
Now come at me!

Both Madara and the Susanoo did the hand symbol to cast. But it's more likely Madara.
