I don't think the Meteor is a genjutsu.
I think it's a real Meteor like Nagato's Gravity Moon.
But the fact that he's summIng it means he has access to a space dimension.
Just like Tobi have access of other dimensions with his eyes.

Edit: I think Lyzerggg is Lyzerg. No brainer. Or someone getting Lyzerg in trouble.

even if it is a real meteor it would still be very impressive nonetheless.
i mean think about it, a genjustu strong enough to affect a whole army.
maybe naruto will use kyuubi mode to realize and inform the army that the meteor is actually a genjustu.

yeah just had a bipolar moment and thinking it's more of a space dimension justu.
a very very very large one at that. and that of which Madara obviously know's the exact location of a random meteor flying out in space.
