As far as I know Kakashi never shared his past with any of his students.
The only person he told about his past was Sasuke when he said "everyone that I love is dead"

He will sense it through his new OP Sage mode that only he can conquer.

Sensing Chakra from the past through thoughts, in order to detect the same chakra (although slightly corrupted) from the person in the present.

Madara reveals who the real Tobi. (blah blah blah, me and that Tobi guy made Nagato, blah blah, it's a 99999 years planned on the making)
Madara's so caught up about the past and gets sealed.
Naruto and Bee meets and fight Tobi + 6paths. Bee gets owned and 8 tails stolen
Sasuke comes out attacks Konoha. Itachi confess his forever love to Sasuke and tells him Tobi's the one that killed Uchiah before he dies/evaporates/sealed
Sasuke helps Naruto. Tobi dies. Edn

I think Madara is gonna whoop some ass on the battlefield... I won't take him as too OP though. I mean, Hashirama did hand him his ass, and we've seen people who've surpassed him.
