He didn't know how to use the fox's chakra at that time anyways so it probably wouldn't have come out in that fight.

Naruto will no longer use the 9 tail fox's chakra because He doesn't need to. His Sage mode surpassed that of Jarayia's. Plus he doesn't want to use it because he ends up hurting people he cares for. Unless he learns to control it like killerbee, which I don't see ever happening, he will never have to use it again.

Because the 9 tails is easily the strongest of all the monsters. I don't think it will ever listen to naruto no matter how strong he is. All it want's to do is take over his body.

I think naruto is strong enough to suppress it. Not strong enough to actually control the chakra once its out. Madara Is probably the strongest ninja out there right now. Also that reminds me that gift Itachi gave naruto is probably something on the line of what happened to Sasuke when he saw Madara's sharingan.
