Lol, I think they would lose a lot of readers if they did that.

Pfft, you guys said Yammy was there to do something important, die maybe. Told you guys he was useless and should be ranked among regular arrancar

who knows... its kinda to freaking easy.... and btw its first time when i saw ichigo mouth open when he had arrancar mask...

His left side of his mask also, they seem to be much bolder/thicker lines.
Maybe it's also an indication he's gained more and more control over his hollow or he's becoming more like one
