sasuke didn't get MS from that, he got it from the loss of someone close to him whether it be itachi or orochi

orochimaru was closest to sasuke physically not emotionally.. lol

sasuke didnt give a fuck about orochimaru, he used him to get stronger

he said to itachi before they fought something like, you told me to come face you with the same eyes as you have and i came but with these eyes and ill beat you... or some shit and then they fought each other and he learned stuff about himself and his brother that he never knew durring and after the fight and then he gained ms

apparantly he didn't gain ms until madara told him about itachi o_O

and thats when he was able to make up his mind about how he felt.

either way it was the loss that gave him the MS


same way itachi got his ms from shisui

and the same way madara got his ms from his best friend, and izuna got his from HIS best friend
