No one has proven anything yet. But I agree it's not Obito, but then again it's the authors decision.

it can't be shisui

he is confirmed dead because it's the only way itachi could have unlocked MS

and you also have to note he didn't kill itachi, itachi's illness killed him


but his ms stemmed from orochi's death, as orochi was the closest person to sasuke


anyways the post was to simply disregard any shisui theories
