because she doesn't have much weaknesses compared to nel, who really cares about pesche and dondochkka.....also, it takes awhile to get rid of ppl lol... it could be also that since szayel is already in espada, nnoitara doesn't have help.

Firts of all, Ishida and renji are already battered to a pulp so it would be hard for any of them 2 do anything, Ichigo in about the last 10 episdes died, fought grimmjow, then got picked on by nnotoira after the fight, hell, Yami could priolly push him around then, third that chick ahead of him, halibel, is probaly way stronger than nel first of all, second aizen prolly keeps him in check, and third he's busy with nel, he does not have time

Syazel is practically the equivelent to Kurotschi, he can outsmart u many ways, which is why Ishida and Renji is having a hard time with him

if tesla was stronger than he would be an espada.

No fraccion is > an espada, the reason tehy are espada is because theyre strongest. Luppi was probably only placed in 6th seat because aizen knew he would be able to heal grimmjow soon. Luppi was more like a sub than a replacement.

Halibel is way stronger than nel. The espada have gotten stronger and since bel's minimum rank is 3, current 3 > past 3
