because they pretty much reap every victory without a shred of effort, there doesn't seem to be any other school on par with them, so for a competition it's pretty 1 sided. In other words pretty boring.
this anime lacks the amount of obstacles that would keep it interesting, it's not only the main protagonist who's assured victory, but anyone that surrounds him. I haven't read the manga, so this minding might change eventually, but for a short anime that is 13 episodes in, it makes for a boring synopsis. shit better go down, and the cliffhangers need to have cliffhanger-like content following them. The school's attack, the car incident both got me interested in seeing the next episode, and I was disappointed on both account.
Because this far, Akuma no Riddle had more interesting content than this anime, and that's saying something.
