Turn up the volume on your speakers.

its at max, its just they put the anime on such volume that i have to put on headphones

Start Programs Combined Community Codec Pack Filters FFDShow Audio Decoder Configuration Go to the volume tab on the left side menu bar Increase the master volume

However, this will increase the volume for everything else you play, so... Yeah. Have fun.

i'm looking for a new player vlc's softsub isn't broken btw it just doesn't support all the different fonts that are used and when theres something it doesn't recognize it defaults to white arial

every time i dl gintama by rumbel the subs are always shown right on there so it cant be a problem all the time

either way if theres a player that does work all the time and has keyboard controls what is it cuz i believe those that you mentioned in the first post do not have keyboard controls and honestly thats of higher importance to me

Keyboard controls? No way. Zoom Player and Media Player Classic have no such things! None at all!

i didn't know zoom player was the same as cccccccp or whatever idk which one zoom player is the right one so i'm just continuing vlc idk itd be nice to watch the actual subs but it turned into a huge hastle
