I think you guys got it wrong.. Isn't he talking about Itachi being old enough to know right from wrong when he killed his entire clan, otherwise what he said makes no sense.

can u truly understand right and wrong at age 3-6?

if an adult told u to do somthing, and u didnt understand it.. wouldnt u wanna do it to know what will happen?

Lol you're way off. Itachi was AT LEAST 10+
If Itachi was 6 I doubt Sasuke would even be old enough to speak.
Pretty sure Kakashi mentioned Itachi being Anbu captain at age 10? or around there.
So he was definitely older than that when he killed his clan.
