Madara has just been resurrected in his prime, will he be able to control Naruto considering he can control the 9 tails?

Hmmm I'm not too sure about Madara automatically stomping the 4th. I'm sure they would fight dead even ;)

I don't really know what to make of the whole Nagato thing. There are just way too many possibilities and things we don't know for me to even make a guess that I would consider rational.

This is possible. Either way it goes, it's safe to assume that Nagato was even MORE important than we were originally led to believe.

Kind of far fetched, but what if Tobi's name is actually Nagato, and he had the Rinnengan in his possession at the time of Uchiha Madara?

That would explain why he claims the Rinnengan was always his to begin with, that's most likely why he goes around using other people's sharingans.

The Nagato we know might've just been a pawn in all of this. It never made sense why a guy with no direct connection to the Sage suddenly got the most powerful ocular jutsu as a child.

I'm not really sold on the fact that Tobi is Obito because 1. in the fight with Konan, we see Tobi with both eyes after his mask is destroyed, and 2 Obito would have absolutely no motivation to do what Tobi is doing.

Obito died a hero while saving his comrades. You can definitely make the argument that his sharingan is being used and has been mastered by Tobi, but to say that Tobi = Obito is highly unlikely.

Obito escaped somehow, Obito stole someone elses eye to replace the one he lost... Obito doesn't like how the leaf treated his people... Obito didn't come back right away because he was recovering.. Obito blamed Kakashi for his "death..." Obito "Fill in the blank"

The author will just make stuff up if he has to...

Ok bare with me here, but have you guys considered that Tobi has everyone under a genjutsu right now? lol. Think about his moons eye plan, to put everyone in the world under his control, well what if the zetsus are some sort of key to a new genjutsu that he has used to at the very least, alter everyones perception of him.

I'm not really sure who he actually is, my best guess is the sage of the six paths, or a direct descendent, or shisui, etc, but it could be almost anyone if you consider the genjutsua theory =p I don't even know why it has to be an uchiha, theres a lot of "new developments" about how the sharingans work etc, and he even has the rinnegan now. Who is to say he isn't like Kakashi, some guy that took these eyes and gained power. I think it's more likely he is a senju / uzumaki / etc trying to gain the eyes + body at the same time to become the embodiment of the sage again.

Kakashi and Rin fled the scene because Obito told them that the rocks we're going to cave in soon.

Sure enough, right after they left, the rocks fell and covered the rest of Obito's body.

Let's say Obito survived, how would he know about the Mangekyo, methods of controlling the 9 tails, Rinnengan, and everything else Tobi knows.

His eye is being used, but saying it's Obito is completely illogical and absurd.
