i always wondered about animated backgrounds are they just gifs or like some special package? cause i wanted to make one when i get my Adobe software it just i never really looked into it much

just need a computer thats not some shitty single core / board chip graphics

i wasn't asking where to get them i was just curious on the format since i said i plan of making one for myself. i got a i7 and 12g ram i think i can handle it

Its not a picture file. You need Windows Dreamscenes. The background is an actual clip playing over and over. Photoshop won't do you anything. Only .wmv format works.
