Tobi brought the 9 tails attack on Konoha at Naruto's birth right? I'm pretty sure Obito's physical description would not have matched Tobi's at that point. I think Kakashi was portrayed as a teenager along with Gai and the other current Jounin. At that point I don't think Obito's description would have matched Tobi's. Also, how the fuck would Obito go from being the #1 useless Uchiha to an ultra powerful shinobi with a teleportation jutsu that was better than the 4th's, an invulernability jutsu, and shit like Izanagi? It's highly, HIGHLY unlikely.

there's so much fantasy added into this anime, you're looking for realistic?  cuz people can shoot fireballs, and summon snakes,and raise the dead...  it's all fantasy, everything is possible, most the clues point towards obito

I just don't think it can be Izuna, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth thinking its Izuna.. same with shisui but both are very viable choices and can't be disregarded.
Not only that if those 2 are possible might as well throw in Obito.

The fact that he has Madara's chakra is very interesting.. although he is Not madara himself he can control his chakra and has a portion of it thats powerful.
Now that being said, he may of recognized the Chakra, but Tobi may just have very similar chakra and thought it was madara by mistake
which leaves direct relationships with Madara the best choices.. Izuna, his Father (possibly older son of the Sage) Madara's son, Izuna's son if they had any

i really wanna assume its someone i just dont have anymore choices. so im just gunna say its none of them

When the room with obito in it 'caved in', kakashi left and didn't look behind him. It was never stated that he ever went back to retrieve the body or anything afaik.

After that, it's a mere game of if someone stumbled upon obito after that. It's very possible someone had been watching him from the shadows the entire time.

There are a lot of things to consider.


Just flat out saying it's izuna on the basis that he was madaras brother is a little weak imo.

Considered the first thing he would have to do is get more eyes, if there were stronger eyes out there, wouldn't his brother have taken those instead of his? So he might have gotten some weaker eyes. Then he just becomes immortal?

There are too many factors to consider tbh. It's entirely possible that tobi = obito flat out, no one possessing him or anything. He might have been saved by a country that was konoha's enemy or a mercenary pack with no country affiliation. Who knows..

Edit: Izuna was supposed to have the same level of skills as his brother.
When Madara died, Izuna may have taken Madara's eyes.
