Wait...... hold on. I don't think Hashirama finished of Madara. Why? Nagato wasn't alive at the time of their fight, yet somehow Madara obviously knows Nagato on a personal level. This also leads me to ask a few questions:

Where was Madara when Tobi brought the 9 Tails to attack Konoha at Naruto's birth? Was he dead at this time? How did he actually die and when?
