If the series stayed consistent naruto should be the strongest but it doesnt so idk..

oh yeah and it was soooo fuckin stupid how jiraiya died... turns his back and doesnt notice somethin n gets his arm ripped off, he showed awesome sensing skills before. and goes back to fight for almost no reason

jiraiya let his guard down because he thought he defeated pain, then after losing his arm he continued because he knew if he didnt gather as much info as possible, the next person to fight him would have no chance and die as well. that was important enough to die for. that part of the manga/anime was the saddest so far imo. jiraiya was one of my favorite chars and there was so much he never got to tell naruto (like info about his parents) and it wasnt until he died that he realized that naruto was the student that the great lord elder toad spoke of.

and i agree naruto should be stronger than he is @ this point

that was a fast fight
now that you think about it...
the 6 tails' jinchuuriki saved naruto like a gazillion times in these fillers
and he was defeated in .5 seconds by pein
