I don't think Tsunade sucks at combat like... at all. She's probably crazy powerful and could hold her own against Jiraiya or Oro... Granted, both of them would probably beat her, but not without taking damage themselves.
And yes, honestly I think Jiraiya > 3rd now that I've thought about it. It definitely follows the pattern of new > old and crap.
we are in agreement to this, altho for the jiraiya > 3rd idk. i would consider them equals since it'd probably be pretty epic

I think that if the 3rd knew the secret of pain, or at least had the info that naruto had when they fought, the third > but just like jiraiya he probably would have died for some important info.
