Do you really think they would concern themselves with buggy when they just ended the biggest war of this manga's history, i don't.

Maybe they would name him a Shichibukai.. because he could make trouble with his new tittle.. but that's mostly it.

you have to remember, oda said that buggy is his favorite character, so don't expect him to go away.
not only does he now have a crew made up of all people from impel down(including the number 3 person from shichibukai crocodile's crew), he sailed on roger's ship, and is friends(sorta?) with shanks.
