The manga chapter is 403-405 or something in there, idk. In the manga chapter, this whole conversation lasts around 30 seconds tops. In the anime, they drew it out and made the conversation longer. Start watching at about 10 minutes.

I don't recall them ever specifically mentioning the word revenge in the manga. However, they NEVER say that Naruto never had intention to get revenge. It's pretty much implied. Think about it; why the hell else would he learn Sage Mode? The whole point of that was basically just: Jiraiya was killed by Nagato. Time for Naruto to learn Sage Mode so he could fight him.
