Tsunade has years of war and battle experience. I'm sure she's a much more capable offensive threat than Sakura.

tsunade should be a joke now, her biggest weapon being all the stored chakara in her seal on her forehead but she used it all up, before she was pretty much an edio tensi summon with that chakara being able to regenerate her body and not be fatigued etc, like an unstoppable person, a super strong never dieing never getting tired robot etc..

It's possible. We might see her death before the end of the series, which would push for Naruto to become hokage. Then again, after Naruto facerolls Madara she could just be like, "here ya go. You're the new hokage."
