WHEN talking about which out of the two is faster (raikage or minato) in terms of natural speed (so excluding special techniques) the raikage has the advantage in that aspect. what gives minato his speed advantage is the special kunais he invented and throws out during a fight.

if the raikage was to fight minato when he didnt have any kunais on him, he would be at a huge disadvantage.


we were never discussing anything other than who is NATURALLY faster. i dont know where you get your crazy arguements from

the Fourth hokage on the other hand have to use Kunai to get close to the enemy but the real speed is the open window he has where he only have a millisecond to attack an enemy and teleport again to the next.
