raikage vs 4th in terms of movement speed aside from kunais that had seals on them

the fourth may not need a kunai.
all he has to do is touch the raikage "IF" he can touch him, then put a seal on the raikage.

WHEN talking about which out of the two is faster (raikage or minato) in terms of natural speed (so excluding special techniques) the raikage has the advantage in that aspect. what gives minato his speed advantage is the special kunais he invented and throws out during a fight.

if the raikage was to fight minato when he didnt have any kunais on him, he would be at a huge disadvantage.


we were never discussing anything other than who is NATURALLY faster. i dont know where you get your crazy arguements from
