If you ask me, the village will fend off pein they have many great ninjas as the frog dude said and I think its about fucking time we see some of our favorite characters do some work don't forget the sand village will probably come back to help, not to mention Gara.
Sasuke's out of the picture aswell as kisame and Madara, if you ask me Pein will either not come back or will reunite with the rest of Akatasuki and there will be one last full assault on konoha.
