totally disagree.
yamibou was so much more romantic than strawberry panic. the art was better, the animation was better, the story was more endearing, the characters were better developed, and it wasn't painful to watch like strawberry panic was.

candy boy ona, think they're slowly releasing a series too.
i only have 2 episodes of it, duno how far along it is.

bokura ga ita is probably one of the best romance shows i've seen, although it's not yuri or ecchi.
the higher ero content a show has, i find, is the less concrete storyline it has... so it's kind of a tradeoff. you wanna fap, or you wanna get a satisfying storyline :|

hmm did u read the actuall ending of bokura ga ita manga???

if u did that then u wouldnt thing bokura ga ita was a great story (made me hate it)



btw i dont see how the romance level in yamibou is higher than strawberry panic?

yah, i read the manga ending too. kind've bittersweet, liek... byousoku 5cm ending, you wish it didn't happen, but it did

yamibou's 2 girls pulled apart by fate... absolute love (inb4 sappy), 'n the story about Hazuki travelling through all the different worlds to find Hatsumi... even though it's like, near on impossible. If you didn't play the game, yeah, i can see how the story might've been a little jumpy, namely episode 1 -> 2 gap, ppl suddenly appearing as if they were there the entire time, but that's irrelevant to the romantic aspect of it.

Strawberry panic's abt some upperclassman who lusts after this timid junior girl, forced yuri, 'n stupid school-life cliches with cliques and all that annoying stuff. it was hardly enjoyable to watch 10 episodes, much less the entire (26?) series'n I only did cause will said it was good. total letdown. It was like they dropped the characteres on stage, made them make out with each other, 'n tied it together with a thin ribbon known as plot.

it might just be because i love strawberry panic because the girls ends up with eachother not like in yami where they end up alone and she think it was like a dream

strawberry panic looked like it was drawn in china, yamibou looked like it was hgame cg.
yamibou was animated, strawberry panic, you could almost count the frames moving by.

is no surprise, you've already many times voiced your opinions against yamibou, just as i've voiced mine for it.
i dun rly get what you dislike about it though =|, wanna elaborate?

i'm looking for a mobster and/or yakuza and/or gangster and/or main character was previously one of the above.
the type of shows that would fit into any of these criteria i have seen are as follows

black cat
speed grapher
technolyze
black lagoon

anyways as you can see i am very loose with my criteria just something you think would go well with this list ya know?
i'm not saying that these are all solely about organized crime or gangs or whatever its just that that is an aspect ya know?
i just watched gokusen so something that would go along with that nicely
