XDCC. kk ive decided to see how fast my XDCC dls are. now who wants to tell me how it works. its through IRC i guess? i sent a tell on eclipse's site to test FMA ep 32 and nothing happened

edit: lol nvm.. figured out how to do it and my dl speed is shit. only doing 140kb/s when my DDL speed is 1mb/s
