32 jutsu vs 41 o.0 who needs to learn more new jutsu's?

i rarely see anything other than rasengan related jutsus.
and yeah the nine tailed stuff is cool but its too predictable and boring
I mean through out the series..all i've seen was Naruto using shadow clones...then fail. At the end, he pulls out rasengan and boom.

However, Sasuke has more exciting jutsus and he actually uses them.
and most of them are just cooler to watch and creative.

To be honest I'd like you to explain how they are more eciting / cooler / and more creative

im actually not a sasuke fan, just using him as an example.

For example, when naruto learned his new nine tailed fox form, i wasnt too excited because i kinda expected that. After that, nothing really happened except those giants rasengans and planet ones.

However, in the last chapter when they revealed sasuke's new eyes and that susanoo with black flame, i was like...wow, didnt expect that.

i think the writer should focus more on the main character naruto and makes him more interesting than the others.

your forgetting that sasuke is also a main character and he is the ''bad guy'' at the moment and we all know the bad guys have the cool looking stuff

i got your point but, it just looks like naruto doesn't know alot of jutsu since they all look the same(he only uses wind) and he uses them alot (since he doesn't really have any other destructive jutsu when he is in normal mode)
and sasuke uses fire/light/blaze/genjutsu so it looks like he knows more techniques since he doesn't repeat them as much as naruto

the chakra sword of danzo was epic but i doubt naruto can learn that
