Eep's randomizer program is more complex than he led us to believe.

His code runs a reverse image search using each tag - an approximate method for determining if a tag features Saber.
Then the program ensures that if a Saber tag exists, the pairing system distributes it to Exx.

P.s. I want to know who did what!!

I can guess in the GDGC Secret Santa from lurking in the GD section for two years and what is now two years of tagging there, but this is my first year of participating in the anime section.
