Well a pure lip sync video can get boring. It looked like you tried to slow it down when your suppose to do the movements yourself.

Well yes i slowed it down, but it was my first video, i just gave it a try.

yea good lip sync at some parts but lip sync alone is not enough i think

If you think its sudden, dont bother because it will affect your video just for the "lip sync use"
