so why would u assume kakashi killed a close friend?

maybe obito is alive and he killed someone really close to him to get half of his mangekyou sharingan, then kakashi automatically got it cause its not his eye

I doubt it would have the same effect, I just think you need to have the Sharingan in order to have MS activated.

Let's just say a Uchiha gave both his eyes and is wearing 2 different sets of eyes, then he kills his best friend because he was banging his GF.
Then think of the innocent guy, who is probably a Hokage or a President by now, suddenly get a MS and without realizing it starts using them, then goes blind. I'd be like WTF? unfair...

Kakashi clearly trained to get his MS, otherwise he would of questioned it.
Kakashi: "How the Fuck did I get MS?" oh well, let's try and send that explosion somewhere even though this is going to be the first time experience XD

I mean, MS is a pretty fucking awesome power and you have to go through pretty extreme measures to achieve it... I'd say Kakashi showing up with it out of the blue is definitely worthy of questioning.
