and according to that picture above luffy may be trained by rayleigh... I see godly power ups in the future

right now his crew is waaay too weak, still rookies..

as for the bounties.. I doubt its going to be over $500,000 right now luffy is 300 and hes considered a ROOKIE

even though don flamingo has the highest at $340 that was his previous bounty as a pirate, they don't add bounty as a shichibukai and so his power is no doubt alot stronger then his bounty shows..
so yea.. I don't think the highest bounty is even close to $340,000 thats nothing... rookie level

this manga is epic.

Is fairly to belive that somehow in the future he will learn about devil fruits and so on. ( i mean how to use em and so on)

not true.. if i remember good it was said that some of impel down dudes had even 700+ mios.. ( Most of the GOOOOOOOODLY bounties being frozen after most of them became shibukay and so on)

the lowest level people in impel down were 100million +

the highest revealed as i said is 340 flamingos.

there is no cap.
and considered dragon is the highest but doesnt reveal his bounty or anyone else that is higher but its obvious there are much higher in the new world.

it is said if enel was wanted he would have up to a 500mill ~+ bounty.

i can see nami/usopp and franky getting stronger but

idk about zoro/brook/robin/sanji/chopper

maybe sanji wont be as weak against girls anymore

logia type fruit to turn into sand, and turn everything into sand (more likely dry everything around him)
