Not gonna happen, Sasuke dont hate Itachi anymore and i doubt Itachi want to fight Sasuke.

i think itachi already said hes not gunna fight sasuke cause he died doing all he could for him and in the end it didnt work so hes done and gunna leave it up to naruto

but if itachi broke kabuto's jutsu thing with shisui's eye shit with "protect the hidden leaf"... I would assume if the hidden leaf got attacked by sasuke then the jutsu that brought itachi back would override his personal agenda you think no?

IF sasuke were to get past every possible obstacle and find his way to the hidden leaf and begin an attack and itachi still happend to be around when this were to take place then yea he probly would fight sasuke.

Technically, the Leaf Village is out fighting the war. I doubt Sasuke would literally go back to the village. If he posed a threat to anyone in the war I'm sure Itachi would step in. Though, I don't think they'll cross paths at all.
