That wasn't a proper fight, it was like when itachi and kisame made those shitty clones to fight kakashi and guys team to slow them down

If we are talking about Character's rank on their Prime, Madara surpasses mosts of them.

Naruto and Sasuke is still growing and still have alot of experience to gain, they are not on their prime yet.

if the first was allowed to live up to the current event, he will be the top spot, but alas he isn't.
He was more skillful than Madara 300 years ago.
But Madara have lived for another 300 years and I'm pretty sure he can own him now that he has the Sage of the Six Path.
But only "IF" the first didn't improve for the last 300 years, if he was allowed to live.

Minato was not given the luxury to live either.
But if he was allowed to live through up to the current event, I''m sure that he would be able to beat the current Madara, given that he have also improved since their last encounter.
But if he didn't improve since then, the current Madara can easily own him with Sage of the six Path.
