i doubt hitsugaya died so easily. All we saw was her swinging inside his wings, we never saw any blood or anything. He could have completly blocked it for all we know.

Didn't we learn that he can't get 1 shoted from the luppi fight?

Get the 6 pillar ice prison thing on Halibel, I doubt she will be able to get out of that without atleast taking some damage. He was able to 1 shot Luppi, who was strong enough to take over #6

Yes they are. They had a long time to prepare everything. Do u really think they would go vs aizen with the limiter on? The whole reason captains and vice captains are limited is to avoid damage to the real world. Since they replaced karakura town, thats not an issue.
