so he has a queen, that is unkillable, and has the power to devastate and over power all other chest pieces in the game.. and he does nothing?
sure he uses his bishops and rooks. but they are all disappearing. why not use his queen when he has a full force of akatsuki and legendary ninjas to just fuck the shit out of madara and sasuke, take both their eyes, then turn to each village and slowly destroy them all.. right, cause he doesnt want to use his queen

Didn't he just say it's time to pull out my trump card? Isn't it either going to be "that jutsu" or the coffin that was never revealed to us?

He doesn't want to use his trump card incase Madara has other plans or has his own trump card.

Kabuto wants to betray Madara, that's for sure but he wants to play it like he's on his side first.
I don't think Kabuto knows about the former jinchuuriki being the new six path of pain.
he knows Madara's got the body but doesn't know what's he's planning on them.
so for insurance, Kabuto is holding out his own trump card that can win both the war and also powerful enough to kill Madara.

in Chess, you don't just put you queen out spot because there's a free easy kill. you strategies and wait for the right time

He never said the coffin was his trump card. he used it to convince madara to join forces with him.
it could be just Madara's real body/identity and like Orochimaru's former bodies - useless

agreed on the trump card not being the body thingy,
and well done with the chest analogy o.o, i step down from the argument, but i dont believe that the body is the sage still.
i guess it makes sense to hide the strongest queen in the world, but when you have that kinda power, not taking advantage of it early can let people retaliate.
also, if madara is the new six path sage, you never know, he might be able to rival that of the old sages power
