Itachi just said that Naruto could be Sasuke without Shisui's eye technique. Seems like he's rather impressed with Naruto's new powers lol.

that being said, he hasn't seen the strength of Sasuke, also i think sasuke got some superhax powers during this break. i just feel it.

Sasuke can read absolutely every movement that naruto can make, he has that strength from his eyes now. his susanno is infused with itachi's... thats nothing short of B-a-d-a-s-s, this gives him the ultimate defence and a giant huge fast long range arrow to counter the rasenshuriken, possibly even having the sealing sword.
Sasuke's amaterasu is the best there has been ( i think) its so good that he can manipulate the fire as his ability, and there is no telling how that can go. If sasuke can just keep his eyes on naruto that will let him get a flame on him. MAYBE, and with that sharingan im pretty sure its easy to keep an eye on naruto
genjutsu wont be used in this fight so i wont say it, lets not forget the super hax abilities that sasuke is sure to get soon
