How do you know that? We dont know how much strong Sasuke can be now... And imo he will be at the same level as Naruto.

How will sasuke be able to match Naruto at all?
Sasuke will get maybe a few new jutsu? That's it, the EMS won't alter his body to make it stronger or anything

Naruto is the pinnacle of strength and body, I mean he's so strong he has to train not to break things when he grabs them
He's also got at least 1000x faster than Sasuke, and I'm guessing if you can move as fast as Naruto, your eyes can keep up with other people moving fast, almost like a sharingan
Sasuke will need something incredible to EVEN COME CLOSE to Naruto

Unless his Susanoo can teleport and fly, unlike the one he has now which practically glues you to the ground, he's fucked

I really don't even think he NEEDS ocular jutsu. I mean, Minato pretty much proved to be one of the most badass ninja of all time and he didn't have any ocular jutsu or kekkei genkai or anything like that... unless there was something he had that I'm missing.
