The text blows. Text isn't necessary in signatures, it's only a filler. If you do put text it should match the signature. Your's looks like a signature with text just slapped on top, like you didn't even take into consideration it matching the actual signature. The light blue has to go, the drop shadow, the style of text, and the black and white. IMO remake the text, make it more subtle with a more solid and simpler text (none of that olden days curvy letter stuff that doesn't match the signature)
