''ow i dont know if i have a broken leg, cose i'm no doctor'' <-- this is ur statement

theres a difference between an immediate injury and a slowly decaying body

A fighter wouldn't know when his body is being pushed beyond it's limits?  Can an alcoholic not understand when he's gone too far?  I assure you they can.  Two experienced fighters both saw the same action and came to the same conclusion.  It's common sense and you're using astonishingly poor arguments once again.  Not only that, but you've set up a potentially impossible scenario where the only instance in which you could admit being wrong is if Chopper diagnoses Luffy with it.  But the problem is, despite being way too specific of a request (it may not ever happen, even if true), but if it does occur it wouldn't be years later into Luffy's future / the storyline.

On top of everything else, it doesn't matter that Luffy & Lucci aren't doctors.  Why?  Because they are still right.  How?  Because Oda knows more then any doctor in the one piece world, and he's the one who led these two fighters to the same conclusion and seemingly closed the matter.

if oda knows how come this wasnt confirmed by him personally?

the ONLY speak of this was by lucci, and it was speculation on his part

Lucci & Luffy. I also have no idea if Oda has spoken of this or not. He doesn't have to confirm every mundane occurrence in the show, for the sake of practicality many things have to be taken at face value.

Also, there is a difference but not that big of one, the end result is still the same. As my example earlier was intended for, just as an alcoholic experiences the stress heavy drinking on the body you could understand how adding two hearts to your body would give added stress as well.

but he's confirmed more trivial matters than this, i'm sure this would be one he'd like to comment on whether it's that it WILL hurt him, or that it WONT and he's outgrown it, or simply no comment, which says alot in itself

considering the possible significance of this, it's to be addressed i'm sure

Check my edit above.

Also, just because he's confirmed things on the whole spectrum between trivial and intricate still doesn't mean he's going to cover everything. We have to be realistic.

I'm not saying that with absolute certainty it shortens his life, but it does cause bodily stress and there's a higher than not likelihood that it does.

Just as with alcohol one would assume that stressful actions merely prolonged will actually get worse over time as well. Stress on a youthful man is less detrimental then that of an elder one and the body can only endure for so long.

@bold we agree why are we arguing? i know what's given is what's most likely, but thinking outside of the norm is what's expected with oda, not everything is a cookie-cutter template, and in this case i believe it changes

i dont see how we would learn of luffy's death so early(speculating that gear2 is the cause)
