I'm going to watch some sad anime/anime movies.
starting with:
puella magi series and movie 3 (rewatch on series)
-> grave of the fireflies (have not watched yet)
question 1: should I watch grave of the fireflies dubbed or subbed? The only dub I enjoyed/prefered was FMA:brotherhood, the rest I've watched subbed.
question 2: suggestions on really sad anime to watch. Rewatches of good animes I've seen are fine, ones I haven't heard of is great. I prefer high quality animation (older is fine), story and character development. The anime can have happy or bad ending, just as long as they are emotianal throughout somehow. I'd probably like to fill up 100-200 hours of anime that I will watch until christmas.
The only anime I'm not gonna watch this time is your lie in april, as I watched that one this year. The only anime movie I ever watched was ghost in the shell which I forgot the plot/story of. Other than that I enjoyed for example Angel Beats, Death Note, Elfen Lied (forgot the story, 10+ years since watching), Mirai Nikki (Manga -haven't seen anime, forgot most of the story), Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, Stein's Gate (superb story).
