i think itachi will distract pain because he knows he'll disappear anyways

rofl? he used the path that takes souls from people yo the same skill he was using to get information when nagato attack the leaf for the ninja to find narutos location



he pushed naruto into the charmleion's mouth to hide them from view and then pulled his soul what kabuto intends to do with the soul or if itachi / bee can save him will be shown in next chapter

nagato doesnt have any of the tailed beasts chakra u moron.. all he did was absorb chakra to regain his strength. sorta like how samehada eats chakra and would give it to kisame
