if you watched the captain arc i think you should watch 189 too just to properly finish it
if you havent watched the fillers you can skip it

i don't recall seeing yoruichi with a zanpakuto.

she technically does have 1 since she lead the w/e army thing that the 2nd division and soi fon leads, she jst chooses not to use it
