The teacher is going to give advice to the bully girl to go to ice rink and give her laxatives. Then when she goes bqthroom, he kidnaps the boy and brings him into a truck of the gay boy's dad and run it into a lake during winter. Making the boy go into a coma

In all honesty though, I think the bully girl is going to be targeted by the killer because she's starting to become an outcast herself. The timeline is already changing, so I don't see why that wouldn't happen.
